Fulfillment Policy

Scope of Services

All consulting, strategic marketing, and fractional CMO services provided are outlined in individual contracts. Each contract specifies the scope, deliverables, schedule, communication cadence, and any other terms unique to that engagement.

Commencement of Services

Unless otherwise stated in the individual contract, services typically begin immediately upon contract execution and receipt of initial payment. If a project start date differs, that timeline will be clearly stated in the contract.

Deliverables and Timelines

All deliverables (such as reports, strategic plans, marketing calendars, or ongoing consultation sessions) are contract-dependent. Each contract will define the expected deliverables, format, and timelines. In the event timelines need adjustment, both parties will collaborate and agree on revised milestones.

Revisions and Adjustments

Changes to agreed-upon deliverables, scope, or strategy are handled on a case-by-case basis. Any modifications will be documented and agreed upon in writing (e.g., email or contract amendment) before proceeding.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation, refund, or termination terms are contract-dependent. Should a client wish to end a project or engagement early, the terms outlined in the specific contract will govern any refunds, credits, or partial payments.

Client Responsibilities

Client cooperation is critical for timely and effective fulfillment. Clients may be required to provide timely access to relevant brand assets, data, team members, or other resources as outlined in the contract. Delays caused by lack of client input may necessitate adjustments to timelines or deliverables.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Intellectual property rights, confidentiality, and non-disclosure terms are handled on a per-contract basis. Clients should refer to their individual contracts for details on ownership of materials, permitted use of deliverables, and confidentiality obligations.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Services will be delivered in compliance with applicable marketing and advertising regulations, including adherence to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and disclosures. If international data or audiences are involved, we will observe relevant data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) and industry best practices. Any additional legal or industry-specific compliance requirements will be addressed in the individual contract.

Variability Between Contracts

One-off projects, recurring engagements, and ongoing fractional CMO services may have distinct terms and conditions. Each set of services will be governed by its respective contract. If any conflicts arise between this Fulfillment Policy and the terms of an individual contract, the contract terms will take precedence.
